Every community needs to understand that our future relationship with the younger generation, is being built today. Meaning, if we do not want to promote poverty based communities, that taxpayers have to finance, then we have to make sure that the parents are not being “blamed and shamed” for being impoverished. The “normalizing” of poverty is an archaic habituation of opinions, prejudices, and disinformation.
The 21st century science based reality is ”invest” in ending poverty. That view is based on being truthful about the costs of competing with the criminal world for talent. “Investing in ending poverty” is about delivering a cost effective means of building the needed talent pool, in order for every community to prosper! A prosperous community attracts more talent.
Intentionally building a talent pool, requires providing more than an education. Uneducated is not the same as inexperienced! Experience is “required training” of how to effectively use the education. Experience teaches a person how to “own the plan” for earning their income. Education plus experience equals acquiring a future community today! That is what inspires the talent to be applied at a young enough age, to build proactive relationships within the community. The talent stays in the community for the inspiration that develops their needed determination to succeed. That is the thrill of “learning and earning” that these relationships provide! The individual becomes a person that inspires the whole community. Community Grown Heroes!
EDUCATE RATHER THAN AGITATE!
Inspiring parents and the children to aspire to being “self-reliant” is the financial solution to ending poverty permanently. The parents need to be supported with parenting programs that are about recognizing, respecting, and learning what an opportunity can become. Earning money does not end poverty! Earning respect and admiration by learning how to gain and sustain determination does end poverty. Household by household, builds a proactive community that is encouraging every single individual in a classroom to find their niche. “ Failure is not an option”, because a proactive community supports funding the process of learning through experiences. Falling off the bike is part of learning beneficial lessons, that can lead to using the bike to earn.
Spending enough time and money to learn how to earn money that is a constant revenue source, is the key. Making your money make your community money, can and will end the source of poverty.

Every generation, every gender, every individual in the household needs to learn how to be inspired to “learn to learn, to learn to earn” . Becoming valued in a community by the community, is the solution to ending poverty that a community needs to learn.
Allowing the process of learning to learn how to earn, is the source of learning the proactive use of earnings. The younger the lessons about how to define the benefit are learned, the more earning becomes about benefiting from having the experience of the process of learning. Having fun, while struggling to learn, becomes exciting. Then earnings are not more important than the experience.
The community that provides the opportunity to experience this healthy process of learning, builds the individual’s relationship with their community.
Self-worth is defined by building a proactive relationship to your community. This is the step in learning to earn, that is highly recommended to be taught and learned. Doing this needed process is imperative to developing a healthy relationship with the “self”.
Self-reliance must be part of everyday experiences. Learning the needed process for learning to learn, is vital to ending negative dependency. The thrill of learning to learn, is an absolute “need” that must be experienced in order for the process to be appreciated.
These thrilling experiences of desiring to learn how to learn, are the source of getting to know you and your choices that empowered your ability to learn. The development of understanding the conscious learning process develops self-confidence. This confidence needs to be intentionally stimulated every day in order to end the negative attraction to dependency based financial relationships. Statistics consistently indicate that, that type of dependency begins very early, especially in young inexperienced individuals. Addiction to negative sources of earnings is easily traced back to parenting that promotes dependency on the parent, rather than learning to be independent enough. Dependency for 18 years of a childhood, rarely builds healthy prosperity.

When you become Certified as a Level One Coach in ADDITION to those above:
Certified BSW Level One Coaches earn $100 per One-on-One Session – Zoom Sessions can be booked and paid automatically in our virtual clinic.
- Earnings from Group Sessions will vary depending on the type and price of the session, the number of attendees, and the number of coaches hosting the session. Average earnings of $250 – $2500 per hour.
